Note: Retail Traders Win is not a public social platform. We have removed "public profile," "posts," "replies," and similar user-generated content disclosures from this policy per your requirements.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services and where we have a legitimate business need (e.g., legal, tax, accounting, compliance, enforcement, or defense of legal claims). We consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the data; potential risks from unauthorized use or disclosure; the purposes of processing and whether they can be achieved by other means; any permissions you have given; and applicable legal requirements.
VI. Cross-Border Data Transfer
You provide personal information directly to us in the United States when using the Services. We may also transfer personal information to our affiliates and service providers in the United States and other jurisdictions that may not provide the same data protection level as your home country. Our Site may contain links to websites not operated or controlled by Retail Traders Win, including social media services. Links do not imply endorsement or affiliation. These third-party sites may set their own cookies, collect data, or solicit information from you, and their practices are governed by their own policies. We employ administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access. However, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
X. Our Policy Toward Children
The Services are not directed to persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided us personal information without consent, they should contact hello@retailtraders.win. If we learn that a child under 18 has provided personal information, we will delete it.
